Chanel is creating a new shopping experience that is curated for their top level client base. Chanel is pushing exclusivity with its soon coming invite-only private boutiques in Asia set to launch next year.
It’s Spring, and in spring 2017 the infamous Chanel Gabrielle bag was first launched. Gabrielle was targeted towards a younger demographic. It was designed by the late Karl Lagerfeld. His inspiration was Gabrielle Chanel. Gabrielle paid tribute to the founder and her constant desire to put women’s freedom first, freedom of style. The bag was said to be an effortless “it” bag with a contemporary twist. The bag’s shape takes inspiration from oculus glasses. The adjustable strap lets you wear it three different ways: over the shoulder, cross body or both at the same time. The Gabrielle received mixed reviews amongst Chanel fans, doubting the longevity of the bags’ style. The bag was well received amongst celebrities and influencers.
